Banknote Info

The printing of banknotes, 15th Series, was intended to draw attention to the benevolent deeds of the monarchs of the Chakri Dynasty in their contribution to the development of agriculture, science, religion and finance.

This 100 baht banknote reflects the royal activities of Their Majesties King Rama 5 and King Rama 6 for Thailand education. The banknotes were issued on Nov 25th, 2004.

Front

The main color of the banknote is red. The main object is the image of King Rama 9 in the uniform of the Supreme Commander.

Back

The main object is the image of the statue of Their Majesties King Rama 5 and King Rama 6 at Chulalongkorn University. The other elements are the images of Thai education in the olden days.
